Bogus Travel agency

Patricia from Executive Hotline Travel made booking for 5 employees of Dept Social Development Vembe district. She sent a **** proof of payment. The department confirmed payment was made to the agency. Many promises and excuses later and we still have not received our money. Being a business, we can't put in a small courts claim against them and opening a civil case will cost more than the R3550 they owe us.
