Do not use this Contractor (EHBC) if you love your home!!!!

This family business cons unsuspecting black customers into signing building contracts with them, builds shoddy homes that fall apart and run for the hills when required to account. The pick up subconstractors in the streets or on gumtree to build the so called executive homes. Ive had electrical sockets rained in, a leaking pool, walls rained in, pipes leaking and gas pipes built next to electrical sockets. The owner, chris botha has shied from taking phone calls or responding to messages. He owes us tons of money for damages, that we grew tired of demanding. The NHBRC have been too useless to hold him accountable. Do not use them.
