not a landscaper

she does not know what she is doing. I was charged R1000 for new compost soil for existing pots and new garden & R3000 for labour. she was to remove a patch of grass & prepare the area with plastic and new soil for the planting of Mondo Grass.<br> After taking an extra day of labour,after I asked her to dig the area [which is not hard] deep enough for the new soil and Mondo grass, it was still too shallow. I have subsequently had to get someone else in to dig it correctly.<br> After being charged R300 for the plastic, which was thin inferior plastic & not biddum, to cover the old grass area, I discovered she had taken the grass soil and placed it above the plastic?? The plastic is to stop the grass growing through it. I have had to have ALL the soil she placed in my pots and garden removed as it was full of **** & grass. She is now refusing to take away the bad soil as arranged. The job was started 3 weeks ago & I am still sitting with a mess and no garden. This whole exercise has cost me over R4000 rand and she refuses to compensate me for the bad soil she placed all over my garden or remove the soil from my pavement. She is NOT a landscaper
