Shocking service and no commuication

We ordered 15 steel stands which had to specifically made to order. Theses stands were made to accommodate a 3mm vinyl panel, which we would then display in various retailers. The total cost quoted to us was R 56 000, excluding vat. We paid our deposit as required on their quote. We were then asked for the balance of the money because the stands were \supposedly"ready"
