Bad admin and very expensive!

Change appointments almost daily. Just after money. The lady who is attending to the bookings are very negative. Get calls after 19:00 to change appointments etc. Very unprofessional. Joe who does the EB is very good, but Admin is non existent. Very dissipointed in them!
