No support after delivery a canopy with issues

Please be careful before you decide to use this company. They are very eager to get your business but that is where it stops. No feedback or communication in the 18-21 days that they need to build the canopy. They almost never respond to any queries or calls. They did deliver the canopy but there were issues that they would have come back to rectify. When you are lucky to speak to them, they just promise to come and fix all the issues, but they never pitch up to do it. This has happened many times in the last 3 weeks.
