Poor communication

The dealership has some nice cars with low mileage. However, they are very poor in terms of communication. I sent the application documents for a car, and waited for two days without communication. You send a follow-up and the finance lady will just blue tick you up until she receives a call or message from one of the staff members. I have never waited for so long for a car application. It usually takes me less than a day to submit documents, get approved and sign the contract.
