Executive Auto Spray Welkom
I took my car to Executive Auto Spray Welkom for repairwork for hael damage on the Monday. I got the vehicle back and I was not pleased with the work that has been done, because there was dents that was not removed properly and I showed it to them when I collected the vehicle and I was told they will call me to bring back the vehicle. After further inspection of my vehicle I saw other damages to the roof lining, boot lid cover, *****s that was not replaced, the boot was not even aligned when it was replaced. I then send this to my insurance company and reported the quality work that was done and that I was not very happy. I received a call on 22nd to bring back the vehicle so that they can fix everything. I took it back on 23 Nov and I was told that they are very sorry they will look at everything. I left the vehicle there and later that day I was called to come and collect the vehicle. I want there the afternoon and the vehicle was not even assembled yet. So they told me that they could not get the correct rooflining, but they tried to repair it and for that they will completely polish the vehicle to make up for it and once the plastic cover for the boot came they will replace the damaged one. Then when I got a call on 1/12 to come and collect the vehicle all seemed in order in the shop. When I got home I saw other damages to the paint/clearcoat on the left rear door that was not there. I called and reported same and was told to come back on Monday. When I got there they called the owner and he was very rude, and said that it is not his problem and the vehicle came in like that. I told him it was not like that and that it was damaged during the polish. He said I wanted it polished so now its polished and that is not his problem. He shouted at me infront of other clients and did not even try to resolve the matter. He showed me a blurry photo on a pc and said that the mark was there, but the photo is so blurry you can not see clearly, I know my vehicle and that mark was not there, the blurry photo is showing a dirty patch on the door. The owner just left me there and walked away. I asked if it is going to be repaired and the employees just told me NO.
I am not the only one that had a very bad experience with this place. They will never see me again. They cause damage and dont own up to it.
