Terrible Pet Sitter who must not be trusted

<p>I contracted Execusit to have a stay-in petsitter at my home for 3 weeks in December 2016 and paid them in advance. I found out a week later from my neighbour, while I was overseas, that my house was in darkness for days and my pets were left alone. The pet-sitter Rochelle **** about being there. Perhaps she was coming in twice a day to feed my animals, but I doubt it. </p> <p> </p> <p>The owners of Execusit Richard Lievaart and Jordan Shear, who had promised a plan B if anything happened to their pet-sitter, were suddenly not available or too busy to arrange an alternative.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had to arrange another pet-sitter on Christmas Eve from overseas. They did nothing to assist.</p> <p> </p> <p>My house keys were thrown underneath the gate in the rain by Jordan Shear who was too busy to let us know when she could return the keys.</p> <p> </p> <p>The trauma caused by these people was unbelievable. The complete lack of responsibility to fix the problem was amazing. It was only after threatening to sue the company and each one of them individually, that they refunded the money I paid them.</p> <p> </p> <p>WARNING!!! Do not trust Execusit wth your home or beloved pets!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
