Execuride - Very poor service and broken limo

We rented a Mercedes E Class Limo for a matric dance on 3 December 2021. Execuride does not allow you to view the vehicles before hand, obviously for a reason. Windows was taped with duct tape because the rubber beading was loose, the seats are torn and worn out and the air conditioning did not work. The limo was advertised as a 8 seater but the four couples did not really fit. Two bottle of champagne was promised but we only received one. The driver was late as he did not have maps on his phone, and also missed the turnoff to the venue. We only had Avron's cellphone number and he did not return my second (to sixth) phone call on the day. Avron also does not confirm e mails with final arrangements and I always had to follow up with a phone call. He also did not care to respond to my e mail with the above concerns.
