Terrible experience & Very bad service

5 Years of no claims and recently had a b*****k run into my vehicle, since this was an awkward request i was under investigation and had to wait more than 10 days to get approval to have my car repaired. I then received a rental of which the insurance company declined the windscreen and tyre waiver. This was organized through a company called Empire Fleet Management with Hertz. Upon receiving the rental vehicle i was not explained any waiver information, i was just told where to sign. There were 3 waivers on there, expecting I would have the same cover I have on my personal vehicle I then signed the document. 3 days later I get a chip on the windscreen while driving on the highway, after enquiring about the repair I was told that I would need to replace the windscreen at my own expense. I also have a rental contract stating that I would receive a vehicle equivalent to the capacity I own. This was also not the case from my experience.
