My car was bumped! No full payment

A Client of execuline bump my car in the parking in February 2015. The car that bumped me had little damage compared to my car. I had put in a claim with my insurance to have repairs done to my car. I had to pay an excess of R3500. The total claim was R6000. Execuline was suppose to pay back the claim and the excess of R3500.00. After a year of struggling to get the claim settled and following up with Santam's lawyers we eventually received a letter from our insurance, that they are only going to pay R 1100. This is unacceptable!!
