beware of a job that is not done

The cleaning company came in last week too clean our 2 lounge suites , its meant to be a steam clean but all they use is a big green clean machine that just shoots after at high pressure and then sucks it out , no steam at all they came back today to redo the job and let's see if it is clean . I doubt it and we have to sit on the floor tonight because of lies and *********** behaviour. Terrible sercervi
