Based on recent customer reviews, Execu Move is widely praised for local and cross-country household moves, with customers highlighting punctual arrivals, careful wrapping and packing, and friendly crews who assist with unpacking and reassembling furniture. Coordinators such as Maria, Sonja, Lance and Sunil are repeatedly named for clear, proactive communication. Frustration centres on international and groupage shipments plus long-term storage, where clients report missing or damaged furniture, unexplained shipping delays, disputed exchange rate charges, and unanswered escalations to branch management.

Successful shipping to UK
Effects all wonderfully wrapped in double thickness cardboard bubble wrap by collection staff. Good communication and excellent agents in the UK. Only 4 stars as the goods were collected in December 2025 and the groupage container was not full for shipping until September 2026. Disappointing but I was aware from the start that was a possibility.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
After going through tons of reviews for companies that do shared moves from Durban to Cape Town, I decided to call Execu-Move on 10 September. My contact person was Sunil Garib. They were doing a load on the same day, and everything was handled so efficiently. All the necessary documents and the contract were sent to me immediately. Within the next two hours, my furniture was collected. The communication throughout was excellent, and Sunil was extremely helpful and professional. The price was also very reasonable compared to other companies I had contacted. My daughter's furniture was delivered safely in Cape Town, and I was extremely happy with the service from start to finish. After all the research and worrying about choosing the right company, I can honestly say that I made the right choice with Execu-Move. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable company for a Durban-to-Cape Town move. Thank you to Sunil and the entire Execu-Move team for making the whole process so easy and stress-free. Excellent service!

Relocation buddy!
From start to finish, my experience with Execu-Move was outstanding. The team was professional, efficient, and treated my belongings with great care throughout the packing and moving process. What really stood out was their flexibility and customer service. They collected most of my belongings on Friday but returned on Saturday to fetch my bed and a few kitchen essentials so that I could remain comfortable until it was time to relocate. Once I was ready, they delivered everything ahead of schedule and even assisted with unpacking, making settling into my new home so much easier. A sincere thank you to Maria and the entire Execu-Move team for going above and beyond. Your professionalism, communication, and genuine care made a potentially stressful move feel effortless. I highly recommend Execu-Move to anyone looking for a reliable and customer-focused moving company.
