Your stuff will get ****** or damaged.
Formerly I loved their services and I had used them multiple times. Recently, the last two times I have used them, I lost more in valuables during the move, than the move actually cost me, which wasn't cheap either. My losses, amongst other things, included one of a kind customized pair of shoes, valued at over 5k. Service to help me rectify the situation has been slow and non-existent. Above this, when I stored things a year ago, a box went missing, my book shelf had water damage to the extent that it fell apart and my coffee table has water damage. I wasn't going to mention this, but based on the experience I just most recently received on top of this, the benefits no longer outweigh the doubts. I'm severely disappointed that I now have to find a new, trustworthy and reliable removal service, because this certainly is not it. You'll find my level on distain in a Google review as well.

I personally tried to call you a few times and left a message (your voice message was unfortunately not at all clear) - Lance our CT Operations Manager also tried unsuccessfully to reach you after I checked the number and advised him that I was having difficulty. I wrote an email to the address you had provided to which I have also not had a response - I never received any bounced message indicating the address was incorrect?
We remain sorry that you feel the way you do after your many successful moves with Execu-move - in turn we feel it unwarranted to be accused of theft (as your bold heading states) without any proof whatsoever, for an item packed by you into a big PEP bag which offers zero security?
The "Instapot" you also accused us of *****ing has in fact been found - which is what we have been trying to advise you about. It was found in our storage facility in a box without a label (perhaps the label fell off) and handed in by the warehouse staff. As we did not know who it belonged to we had been waiting for some notification from the owner. Only after your complaint did Lance put one and one together - but then we have not been able to reach you since?
Regarding the damages to your effects - we take every precaution possible to ensure our warehouse and vehicles are thoroughly waterproof - but a leak can develop (especially during one of the wettest rainy season in many years) and had you selected All Risk liability as we strongly recommended - the matter would have been amicably settled by now.
We would agree with you that service to rectify this matter has been slow - some of it from our side unacceptably so, but then some of it was delayed by your extenuating circumstances in Johannesburg and Lance being ill in bed between 27 June and 4 July.
We believe there is little more we can do to reverse how you feel about Execu-move - other than for you to please let us know when and where in Cape Town and we will arrange to deliver the "Instapot" back to you immediately.
