Thank you for your email, I can see that you and your company take pride in delivering great customer service which you have and by far surpassed my expectations!
I would like to take this opportunity to say a huge THANK YOU to Jean-Mari and the team at Execu-Move who were involved in packing & shipping my belongings to NZ!!
Jean-Mari was wonderful throughout the process, keeping me updated of the progress of the shipment as my things were in a shared container and answering any questions I had along the way. Since I was coordinating this from NZ it is always harder and you have to rely on other person to deliver and meet your expectations.
I have been living in NZ for over 11 years and so had my dad coordinated things on the day in SA and his feedback was that the packing team were so professional and efficient and he was impressed with how they went about this. They took care in wrapping up my antiques and furniture and everything has arrived in NZ in good condition.
As you can imagine Xmas has come early for me and I am so excited to have all my things finally here, I am still working my way through unpacking all the boxes ?…
The Moving Co in NZ were very helpful and Leigh Johnson who was my contact in Auckland was in regular contact as we worked our way through customs requirements etc. The guys that delivered our things were also great.
All in all I would just like to pass my thanks to your team and will recommend Exec-move to any friends & family deciding to move!!!
