With this Removal Company even an insurance claim is a pleasure

This is the second time I have the pleasure of expressing my delight at having chosen Execumove for my life-changing move from S Africa to the UK. And what a great pleasure it is.

After bouncing on the sea due to lockdown delays, my container eventually landed in England and the hundreds of boxes were delivered to my new home. It turned out that one item would need to be replaced and two repaired. That's when I first met Linda who deals with Claims. With her constant help and advice, I proceeded to obtain estimates and photos of the damage. She patiently went to great lengths to guide me through the necessary paperwork until everything was just right.

At this stage, my claim was forwarded to Mac, Marine Claims Adjuster, who guided me through the process with great efficiency. At one point, we couldn't communicate effectively any more when my emails were ending up in spam folders and essential attachments started disappearing. That's when wonderful Linda came on the scene again. I emailed the missing attachment to her and within a very short time everything was back on track. Mac was glad to proceed with speed again, and I am very grateful to Linda for helping out at such a crucial stage. Now my claim is completed and approved, and it's been a very smooth journey.
