Where is my stuff!! Poor communication means no communication!!
Extremely disappointed with the Service received from Execu move! Our Furniture was packed on 1 December in Johannesburg and it still has not arrived in Cape Town ( 8 December). There has been little to no communication from Execu-Move and when there has been, its been excuse after excuse. Contact numbers were given, when attempting to call , they are unanswered and not returned. We currently have no furniture, having to, at our expense stay at hotels and friends with great inconvenience.

I have just spoken to both you Trevor and Michael and can fully understand your frustrations.
Of course no one could have foreseen a clutch disintegrating in Colesburg that left us all stranded - with the ensuing repair in the middle of peak season taking longer than anyone had hoped for - but the knock on effect of that really does throw previous arrangements made by you to dovetail with the original delivery date and indeed, here communication is key.
We really appreciate your understanding today that breakdowns can and do happen but we accept that there is no excuse for not keeping you better informed.
As I understand it, delivery is scheduled for tomorrow. I have spoken to Lance who assures me that he will keep you in the loop today.
We trust that our offer to accommodate yourself and your wife at our cost until delivery, will assist in some small way in making this experience a little more bearable.
Let’s focus on getting your effects delivered, after which management will contact you to settle any outstanding issues.
