very satisfactory service
we stored with execumove and recently moved out of store with them. we were very satisfied with the service received. we only had 3 broken legs : 1 off one of the kists, 1 off the small 2 seater couch and 1 off the one round small table. Except for that all else was good. thank you

Thank you for reporting on Hellopeter about your recent relocation to Perth.
We are obviously very sorry to hear that your shipment suffered some damage. Of particular interest is the damage to the legs of not only one, but three different furniture pieces???
The AQIS (quarantine inspection) in Australia does dramatically add to the handling of the effects where many items get unwrapped and checked before redelivery to residence.
As I understand it you selected not to take All Risk liability which would have covered that. Then again considering what you saved and the fact that everything else arrived in good order - it was probably a gamble that paid off:-)
We do hope you are able to restore the items to their former glory with not too much inconvenience or cost!
We wish you and your family everything of the very best in Perth.
