Very good service
We approached Execumove to assist with our international move. We were assisted by a lady called Tatum at the Johannesburg branch. Her service was great and genuine customer service. Quick to respind to calls and mails and earger to answer any questions we had. Unfortunately we have been told by my husbands company that they have decided to make use of another moving company whom they are fami**** with and have used before. I had to be the one to tell Tatum that despite the amazing service we received from her that we were not able to utilise the service of Execumove. Had the decision been up to us we had no doubt who we would have used. The reason for me posting this review is to let other clients know that Execumove may have lost us as clients due to a decision which was entirely out of our hands but we will definitely recommend Tatum and the company to family of ours who are looking at moving in January.

Oh my! What a lovely thing to do and to say - that is so appreciated!
Yes - we were very sorry to lose your shipment but do understand the situation. You will be surprised how often this happens Lezaan and it is horrible being side lined by a "swipe of a pen" board decision - which is usually based on price only or "preferred" supplier, irrespective of service received.
We really do hope your move goes well - the South African industry standard is high and globally respected and so I am sure you will be in good hands.
Thank you - we appreciate that you will notify your family moving in January and we promise them a high standard of service from door to door.
Good luck going forward and again .... thank you for a really nice letter.
