Top Class Service and Staff!

I cannot commend Execu move enough for the incredible service that we have received from them from the minute I sent through my initial enquiry until we watched the container truck drive off with all of our things inside. When Liesl arrived at our house to do the initial assessment for providing a quote she immediately came across as having a lot more knowledge and professionalism than the other shipping companies that we had approached. At that point we had not received our visas yet but she kept in touch with me every couple of weeks to see how things were going.

Once we received the visas and accepted the quote then we were put in touch with Jean-Marie who was extremely professional and explained every detail of what had to go onto the paperwork that we were supposed to complete. She responded to every paranoid email that I sent and even called me just to give me some reassurance that all would be ok and that I need to just trust the process.

The packing crew arrived on Monday and proved her right. They calmly walked into our house, took a quick look around and immediately got to work. I didn't think they would ever get through our triple story house in only 3 days (the last of which was to be spent loading the container) but much to my surprise, they did! What a bunch of awesome guys they were too, so professional and knowledgable. We just left them to their own devices and before we know it, the entire house was empty and everything had been loaded into the container!

David and his team were just incredible, they were friendly, worked quietly, neatly and most importantly they handled all of our possessions with care. They also made sure that they tidied up before going home every day so that we could still live in the house.

Thank you Execu move for taking off a massive chunk of stress from our shoulders. Now just to make sure it arrives in tact on Australian soil :-)
