To a Job well done
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all involved in my family's move from SA to UK. (Execu Move in SA and Robinsons Relocations in UK) I can not fault the move at all. SA side nice neat efficient and well packed. UK side also nice professional and well organised. All in all a very pleasant experience when considering how stressful a move can be. Thanks to all involved we really appreciate it. One recommendation on SA side that could be helpful, a pack with all docs needed and delivered upfront would be nice instead of lots and lots of mails requesting individual docs at a time. Again thanks to all and please feel free to use me as a reference if required going fw for a job well done..

We place a high value on customer feedback, without which we may continue to believe our systems and documentation are working well when in fact they may need some fine tuning.
The previous reviewer also had some very valid points and we we have already instituted some changes as a result. One of the most important of all, in all this emigration busyness right now, is to not lose the personal touch upon which we have built our reputation and always prided ourselves on.
