Thank you Execu Move (Tatum Francis Export Co-Ordinator)
<p>I can still remember the first meeting with Liesl Geeringh at our house in Krugersdorp to discuss our anticipated move to New Zealand. This meeting during September 2014 was the start of a great relationship between our family and the members of the Execu-Move Team! The last chapter was when our container arrived two weeks ago at our new house in Cambridge, New Zealand. </p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to use this opportunity to commend you and your team on the exceptional service that we have received during the past two years! This "service" was characterized by empathy, professionalism and excellent communication. </p> <p> </p> <p>It would be impossible to "sing the praises" of all the relevant individuals who were involved in this project, as words cannot really do justice to the efficient service. </p> <p> </p> <p>Allow me to mention the names of a few key players:</p> <p> </p> <p>Liesel for the sound advice and patience with all our questions and the several changes of the quotes (from a 20ft to a 40ft to a 20ft to a 40ft ...!); </p> <p> </p> <p>Archie/Gerhardt and the packing crew for a stunning job (when my NZ neighbour saw the way the goods were wrapped/packed he remarked: Mate, these things would be save even if the All Black forwards ran over it!). Some of our SA friends who used other SA Based moving companies helped us with the unpacking and when they saw the "ExecuMove Product" they remarked that it was the best that they have seen! </p> <p> </p> <p>Tatum for all her patience (ja wragtig!!!) and excellent communication s****s!! There is no doubt in my mind that Tatum understands the concept of client service and sound, open and ongoing interaction with the client. Her conduct added value and she ensured that the ExecuMove slogan "Moving Service to an Executive Level" became real - thank you Tatum, your involvement elevated this move to an Executive Level! Your Company and colleagues should be proud of your</p> <p> endeavours! </p> <p> </p> <p>Having had such an excellent experience with our move we will definitely recommend ExecuMove as a removal company (has already recommended to other prospective SA migrants). In all my 30 odd years of moving people (the last 20 years dedicated to international removals) I have never received such a heart-warming and motivational letter from a customer – and I personally thank you, most sincerely, for making my year and indeed that of my team.
What made your mail special was recognising each of the key players involved in your move as you did. I know just how chuffed they will all be and how much it will motivate them to maintain the high standards we have set in this tough and competitive business.
I remember your visit to our Kya Sands office very well - the rusks and "hertzoggies" for Tatum (which she shared with us allJ), our chat around the boardroom table and your fervent use of a “foolscap” pad to explain in detail what you wanted and how you understood it.
I knew then that you were a very precise man and that we should be on our game with your move. But this has been a great example of a customer driving his move from the front, co-operating with the team in every way possible and being concerned about ticking all the right boxes on time – something that is more appreciated by the sales and shipping staff than you may imagine.
