Subpar service
Packing by Execu-move was not done properly and several problems occurred at that stage: - the movers left loose items in drawers, filing cabinets, and closets, which were tossed around during the move and made it more difficult to unpack - they used heavy duty tape directly on my wooden furniture, which damaged the varnish when was removed during the unpacking - they chipped the ceramic stove top of the apartment that I was leaving and did not take full responsibility for it (I had to pay part of the replacement cost myself)
The groupage move took much longer than the usual time indicated at the time of booking: over three month and a half between packing and delivery!!! Execumove didn't inform me proactively of the delays and I had to find out by myself.

Not meaning to undermine any of your points raised, which we of course take seriously, groupage (shared shipments) by nature, are not possible to determine how long delivery will take as it is dependent upon so many factors. This is the very reason you sign a "Groupage declaration of understanding" that fully outlines those factors for you to avoid any misunderstanding of this popular method of shipping personal effects overseas.
Shipping globally is in crisis and resulting delays are unfortunately completely out of our control.
