Storage division is shocking

My furniture and personal goods were stored for a year.<br> My R40 k Gavin's Collins painting was not crated correctly and came back torn.<br> I had ****roaches the size of my big toe in my goods.<br> My furniture was scratched and so dirty.<br> My Persian carpets so full of dust that 2 months later and I'm still getting dust and sand out because they were not covered or protected in any way.<br> <br> The best thing of all....it's a month down the line when I emailed the manager with my complaints and he feels it's better to rather not respond and ignore my complaint and not bother to reposed to my emails. Very unprofessional. <br>
