18 Oct 2021, 17:13Hi Roger
Thank you kindly for posting your review on Hellopeter - we do appreciate it.
Although we are delighted that your chairs suffered no damages - assuming they were fabric upholstered Wingbacks, the plastic covers would have been used mainly to protect the fabric against dust and damp. They would then have been "blanket wrapped" by the "loader" upon loading the big interlink trucks destined for Gauteng - which is the traditional method of protecting furniture being transported within South Africa in pantechnicons.
Anyway - a good result for you our customer and that is all that counts:-)
Thanks again and warm regards
