So far so good. I had to arrange a quote and get packed at very short notice. I needed to have a shipment of around 4.5 m3 from a deceased estate packed and processed before I returned to Australia. The quote was quickly arranged - two days - and seemed reasonable for groupage. The packing was organised for the following week (two business days later). Everything was very professional and the information, including about Australian requirements, was helpful. The packers arrived spot on time and did a really thorough job. Packers all introduced themselves and were polite and friendly. Task was completed quickly and the mess tidied up. Could not ask for more. I hope the rest of the process is managed just as competently.
