Pringle to Pretoria

We asked Execumove to handle the relocation of my elderly Mom from Pringle Bay to Pretoria (Oct 2024). She lives alone and we had no idea how we were going to manage the move, find someone we can trust to be alone with her but also someone that will be able to support her emotionally. She had to manage the move by herself.

Maria in the sales office was my first contact. Incredibly professional but so kind and helpful. Quick to respond and supportive as we were not sure how big the load will be or even how many boxes we would need. Nothing was a problem, she helped us and adjusted according to our needs throughout the process. Always stayed in contact with me.

Then Prince and his team arrived at my Moms house. The most caring and professional team you wil ever find. They packed and wrapped and dried up tears and gave her courage. That team was heaven sent. Packing ended up to be much more work than anticipated and they just took it in their stride and completed the job. Up until this point I have not seen the quality of the packing and was eager for it to arrive in Pretoria.

Roderick and his team took over communications with me and arrived on the date and time as agreed. The truck couldn’t enter the estate due to size but Maria arranged for a smaller shuttle before hand. 2 hours and the whole lot was off loaded. Quick efficient, great attitude and I could not really believe that this level of service is even possible. All wrapping removed and cleaned up afterwards. Not one thing was damaged or broken or scratched. The wrapping was impeccable and all boxed clearly marked and we could easily group more than 40 boxes according to content. All plants and pots were delivered in perfect condition.

Looking at the costs involved and the incredible team of people we got on the job , was mind blowing.

To the whole Execumove team, words will never be enough to explain how grateful we are for supporting us through a challenging and emotional move. You are exceptional professional and we will never forget you.
