Poor Customer Service from Management

Several items of my furniture were damaged during the packing & relocation. Some of my residential property was damaged during delivery of the furniture. The delivery staff were curteous & admitted to the damages. After the incident was reported, the management refused to take responsibility. The blame was shifted to their sub-contractors and no action has been taken since. The management then claimed that there were extra packing costs that were not quoted for and then offered to write-off the "unquoted extra costs" against the cost of the damages. Nothing has been done since. Besides the fabricated claim of "extra costs", no adequate remedy has been offered. I found the management approach to my grievance to be inadequate & unprofessional.
