Not with Execu move's service

I requested a quote from Execu move on the 20th of December 2016 for a move from Stellenbosch, South Africa to Canberra, Australia that needed to happen by the end of January 2017. I got a reply the next day with a quote and ALL the necessary information about the move, insurance, groupage, restrictions etc. I chose to go with Execu move's as their quote was the most affordable out of 6 companies I contacted, they rep**** to all my emails quickly, and could do the move with relatively short notice (although I wouldn't suggest waiting till the last moment to contact them like I did). From this point, I had several inquiries regarding changes in my initial inventory, packaging material, delivery address etc, that were all answered quickly by the agent (Amy).

I was quite worried about the logistics when the removals team arrived, but they were amazingly s****ed and knowledgeable about packing items for international travel and that set my mind at ease. My belongings spent a couple of months at the storage facility in Cape Town before the container was filled. During this time, I requested several updates and always got a friendly reply from the agent. It took 6 months for my belonging to arrive, but considering I contributed a small amount to the container, I was not surprised. Also, the paperwork and communications I had received from Execu move prepared me for the possibility of having to wait this long.

I think the best part of the whole experience was to open the boxes and find that nothing, not even a wineglass, was broken or damaged.
