No stress, on time, great overall service.

Moving is stressful, more so during this time. Sonja was a great help, they were unfortunately booked out and had offered for us to use their sister company instead but they would manage the booking etc. We decided to make alternative plans - that was a disaster. Company X had so many stories for being late and worse yet we told them we had an unmovable appointment at 1pm and they wanted to come then, after they were already an hour late. Anyways it didn't work out with Company X and we had to make a plan quick for us to move.

Around 4pm I called Sonja from execu move and she was so helpful and understanding. She booked us a time slot for the next day with their sister company and as expected they arrived in the time slot we were given (between 9-10) wrapped the appliances and furniture. By 11am, we were at the new home and they unwrapped for us.

The whole team was amazing from Sonja as well as their sister company. We will use them again. Although pricing is slightly more than others, it is worth it. No stress from the moving company, on time, great overall service both consultant and ground team.
