Move to the Netherlands

The service we have received from you and your team was exemplary. Team members in South Africa very friendly and efficient and carefull, the agents i.e. de Haan in the Netherlands worked very hard as there were only two of them plus a driver who was not allowed to carry anything into the house but assisted in offloading the container and carrying it to the house and lifting onto the scaffolding as everything except the dressing table went through the window on the top floor. With the spiral stairs it was a mission to get it up service wise they were excellent both here and in South Africa.

The piano couldn't be offloaded from the container as there wasn't a lift available and being low on staff (corona) but they arranged for it to be delivered a week later as they took it to Hoorn where it was stored until they had an available crew and vehicle with a lift. Super!

We haven't unpacked everything yet due to said lack of cupboard space but thus far only 1 wooden ornament item was broken which we repaired.

Other than that we were very happy and thank you for your service and will definitely recommend both ends.
