Incredibly service - There is NOTHING to fault!

The Execumove team in Durban was absolutely phenomenal to deal with - whether the office staff, the volume assessor, the packing staff, or the guy that handled our shipping requirements - they are all extremely professional, courteous, transparent in communication and extremely fast to respond to emails and phone calls.

We are now fully settled in our new home - Execumove handled packing and wrapping, 4 months' storage, international shipping, and delivery of our goods. Not a single item was broken or damaged. We are amazed that even fragile glassware that we anticipated at least some breakages, arrived 100% in tact.

The quality of packing materials and the diligence and care with which it was wrapped also meant that nothing corroded or deteriorated in the move. We've heard of leather and wood items taking a knock with long sea-freight shipments, or metal items building a slight rust patina in transit - our goods had none of that. It arrived as perfect as it was packed up in Durban.

Although not the absolute cheapest, Execumove was far from being the most expensive. The thing we appreciated the most was that there were no hidden cost or unforeseen expenses. Looking back to some of the other quotes we had at the time, several of these costs were not included and would have been a surprise to us months later.
