I cannot believe they will learn from this as the mistakes were so basic.
Out of 4 fragile packages 3 WERE BROKEN due to amateur packaging. If their was supervision fire him. The packers had no idea and the results speak for themselves.

Thank you for posting a positive Hellopeter Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 10 following our several mail communications about your daughters shipment, that did not go as well as planned or intended. We really do appreciate it!
Sometimes, one must simply admit when you have not excelled in your area of expertise and that in this case, not enough additional packaging / crating was allowed for to cater for a 250kg soap stone carving - especially on a shared shipment via London to an outlying destination such as the beautiful island of Cypress.
The damages are truely regretfully but we trust that our sincerity and honesty in trying to find an amicable solution have demonstrated that we do care and that our customers opinions do matter.
