Huge stress off our shoulders

We are obviously sorry that we did not get a "full house" of green stars but do appreciate your reasons and honesty.
As I understand it there was a little confusion with the Total Loss liability you selected that is limited to Total Loss only and unfortunately does not extend to damaged goods. Although we regret any loss, not matter how small, we do hope that the few items damaged were not of any high financial or sentimental value to you.
