Right from the initial communications and quotations/booking options with Lance to the collection and delivery days with George and his team, everything was executed with professionalism and care for our belongings. The packing/loading team arrived exactly on time and were very efficient during the entire packing/loading process, with all the documentation required to keep track of every item, and the same was experienced again when they unloaded in Cape Town after a long round trip 3 days later. There was not one chipped, scratched or broken item to be found, no doubt due to the care taken in wrapping and packing all our stuff by the packing team.
