We are all delighted and relieved that your shipment was eventually delivered on time and without any damage.
I believe this is testimony to why we insist on locking our customers containers with quality "moon" type locks that cannot be cut with a bolt cutter - unlike some of the other unfortunate shippers who merely used a shipping seal and had their containers broken into at the shipping depot that night. Fortunately it is a rare happening but one can never be too cautious.
We would like to thank you for your incredible co-operation, understanding and indeed assistance, to help get the shipment en route quickly following the incident.
