Grindrod logistics

We used Execu-move to transport our vehicle from Cape Town to Durban, as we were relocating.<br> The reason we used them was because of all the good reviews we read and they ensured us we could make special arrangements to collect the vehicle on a Saturday.<br> When we went to collect the vehicle from Grindrod Logistics in Durban, we were taken aback at how dirty the car was. And that we ere expected to drive a car, we could not really see out off due to the oily film that was on it, in a city we did not know. We did complain at the time, but there were only security guards, as it was a Saturday and they could not not do to help us.<br> When I called and spoke to Lance, he was concerned that we had received our vehicle in such condition and said he would speak to Grindrod, as I requested some sort of refund/compensation for the distress this had caused. <br> A few days later a lady from the Cape Office of Execu-move called and was not sympathetic at all, or could not even answer my question as to how this happened. All she said was, because it was a special collection there was nothing that could be done. But surly they could have cleaned the car on the Friday, before collection!
