Great service, even when minor issues occur, you are a Priority.

I want to thank the ExecuMove team for the amazing service over the last 6 months. Our family moved from Johannesburg in December 2023. We met a few different removal companies before choosing ExecuMove. Their pricing was competitive, but we made the final decision because the sales team was really supportive in helping us understand the various options around a global move that would suit our timing, budget and requirements. The option we chose was going to take a few months to reach Europe, but the sales team would send me an email every Friday, without fail, to let me know the latest progress on our container. Their communication was excellent! Unfortunately, we had one issue with the contractor that did the finally delivery in Austria. The ExecuMove team asked their General Manager to get involved, and he personally sorted everything out for me. This all happened after the final delivery, so i could've become a very low priority to everyone. But the team and their GM, Peter, made me feel like we were still important to them right until the end. I'm very grateful we chose to move with this team.
