We recently moved from Johannesburg to Adelaide. The service we received from Execu-move was fantastic. Thanks Tatum for all your help and information. Just two notes though...we had some antique bowels that were broken due to no wrapping being put inside the bowls, every other item had wrapping in it, even the non-breakables. This was clearly an oversight and a rather sad one as the bowls are irreplaceable and part of a set. also it would have been rather nice if the clothes were put in a box with a rail as some other moving company's do.

Dear Karen
Thank you for your kind report about your move however we are obviously disappointed that you suffered some damage.
I will personally investigate the packing from our side but indeed it is common practice to fill larger ceramic or glass bowls etc with a soft packing medium.
I am not saying this is the case here but in Australia the quarantine inspection services also sometimes take things apart without putting it back with the same care as when we packed it - over which we unfortunately have little control.
Regarding the clothes \Hanger Boxes\" as they are called - we do understand what you mean however these are specifically not used on international relocations as they have a tendency to collapse - having all the weight at the top on the rail and nothing at the bottom. The bent or cracked rail can then damage the clothes and so we have found that the large strong linen \"Kist\" boxes
