Hi Tatum, all of our possessions are accounted for and we would like to take the opportunity to thank yourself Liesl for your assistance throughout the whole process.<br> <br> There were specific tasks that could have potentially been better communicated however we are extremely satisfied with the overall outcome and realise that these things do happen.<br> <br> There is no doubt that we will recommend you to any whom are looking for a shipping company and we thank you for everything, great job

Thank you for your report that was very much appreciated.
In particular thank you for your observation about our communication that could have been better. I have already addressed this with the team involved. There is no excuse but having had a record month in June (which build up started as early as April) did put the team under greater pressure and communication was possibly compromised.
In the end the fact that you will still recommend us is immensely appreciated.
