Expert service on all levels of customer interaction

Great service received from Nadine and the various teams we were in contact with. We were about to move to the Netherlands when our world slowly but surely turned upside down. They came to collect two different batches of goods at two different locations, three months between collection dates. Then Execu Move proceeded to store our goods for a further 2 months before we cancelled the whole operation. We received our goods back, in perfect condition (keep in mind these goods were to be shipped partially in another container so it was openly stored in a warehouse) and at yet another location again. After all that, we requested a refund for the advance payment we made and even this was no issue to them.

Both collection times were met with very speedy professionals. The teams were very thorough and the goods were packaged very neatly. Coming from a warehouse and international retail background, I even learned a thing or two from them on packaging. The last delivery team was very professional and all boxes were accounted for. The driver and his assistants conducted themselves professionally and respectful at all times. Finally Nadine who made sure every step of the process was met with updates and flawless execution and patience. Resulting in our heavily stressed out situation having one less thing to worry about.

We have recently moved to Singapore and will contact Execu Move soon to make arrangements for our goods to be transported here.
