Execumove is an easy move

My experience of Execumove was a positive one. Other than the long time to get the items over, which is understandable due to groupage, there was good communication and follow up on the status of the shipment. It was great getting regular updates by email.

The UK and US agents were ok. The communication was basic but functional, we exchanged a few emails and they got in touch when they needed updated paperwork, etc. I didn’t get much insight into when the shipment would be arriving, how it would get to us, what was to be expected, etc. I followed up a few times with both of the agents to make sure things were on track.

The actual delivery was really great. Two guys unloaded the entire shipment in about an hour and were super friendly.

So overall a good experience, thanks again for the help.
