EXECUMOVE - BAD EXPERIENCE

We moved to the UK with this company Nov last year, took a full container for security and speed as advised by their sales person, plus full insurance. Execu Move packed, stored and shipped my goods from Randburg to Woking. There was zero 'duty of care' ALL my good, sentimental, solid silver was missing (none of the silver plate) and when I suggested that it was ****** I was accused of jumping to conclusions, as far as I am concerned it was taken from our home and not delivered to our new home by ExecuMove - a magical disappearing act on their part. Our TV plus many wooden furniture pieces were badly damaged. Execu Move delivered on none of their promises, we paid a premium for our own use container, and all our valuable items were ******. I have received my insurance payout but would not recommend this company at all - the MD was extremely condescending and dismissive of me as a client.
