All the people we worked with were professional and efficient throughout the moving experience.

Oh my - really not sure what has happened that Charmaine's name has come up and not yours?
Charmaine wrote a review on 23 November - and has somehow appeared under your posted review which is very strange as you say - but I will get onto Hellopeter right away and get it resolved:-)
