Exceptional ExecuMove!

We recently relocated from Randburg in Gauteng to Muizenberg in the Western Cape. This was our first cross province relocation and we were quite nervous about the process, to say the least. I am grateful to say that the Execumove team made the entire experience a lot less stressful through their truly exceptional service. If you are comparing quotes and you are unsure as to which company to pick, save yourself a lot of time and energy and select ExecuMove. From the initial, very reasonable, quote received quickly and accurately from Maria, all the way through to the delivery at our storage facility in Cape Town, we cannot overstate how professional the entire team was. Maria assisted us throughout the process in a friendly and efficient manner, even though we thoroughly tested her patience by amending our estimated number of boxes and other items, multiple times! Roderick has been an incredible team leader throughout. The team arrived early and started the wrapping process whist they were waiting on the shuttle which arrived shortly thereafter. They took exceptional care in making sure that all our items were packaged correctly and even assisted in applying additional care to items we did not select for wrapping, just as one example, they disassembled our vacuum cleaner and placed all the parts securely in a box, which they sealed and labelled out of their own accord. Something we did not even think about! They took time to move our items from our home into the shuttle and then into the truck with care. Roderick kept a meticulous inventory and assisted us in a very friendly and professional manner. ExecuMove called me on the morning of delivery to advise what time we should be expecting the truck at our storage facility and the again the Cape Town team, still being managed by Roderick, was on time, took great care to offload our items and were even willing to separate items according to our colour markers into the 2 storage units. If we knew how much easier this team would make our relocation, we would have stressed a whole lot less about the process.
