Excellent service received

I want to express my greatest thanks and gratitude to Sonja for the excellent service I received. She showed genuine care, concern and patience as she guided me throughout the time of my move. It became such such a memorable experience. In what was a very stressful time, she made all the difference.

Sonja was always responsive and professional. She went beyond what could be expected, not merely to give me a removals quote, but to patiently listen and with great understanding help me find the best solutions. In doing so she communicated with me throughout this time. Furthermore, she took the time to explain why certain things worked out better when done in a specific way. Looking back now, I can say with a smile that she was right. I might not have understood it all at the time, but in the end it was those wise suggestions and decisions on her part that helped me get to the other side without any damaged furniture. A big, “thank you,” for all your incredible hard work Sonja - to you and your team.
