Excellent service and customer care from start to finish. 10/10!!
Execu Move was absolutely brilliant from day 1 until the day of delivery, every step of the way. They moved us in a shared load from Johannesburg, South Africa to Faro, Portugal. We threw them a few curve ***** in terms of changing addresses and so on, not to mention they had to contend with delays in South Africa due to port delays and civil issues. They took everything in their stride and everything arrived whole and with no drama at all. Right down to their customer support and communication, their tracking and follow up, their expected time of transit of the shipment, Execu Move was on the ball. Really can't fault them with anything! GOOD WORK EXECU MOVE! MAY YOU BE AN EXAMPLE TO THE OTHER SERVICE DELIVERY COMPANIES OUT THERE WHO JUST DON'T GET IT!!
What a lovely review that will do wonders to motivate staff and management alike, all of whom work daily in what has become impossibly difficult to provide the service we would like to - largely because of the erratic shipping challenges the industry is having top deal with globally, post Covid.
