We changed our minds on having to add a few extra items and you accommodated this so well and without any issue. Precilia you were great to have as our contact through the shipment process, you were always friendly and helpful. You kept us up to date on when our shipment would leave and timelines. We moved just as a major pandemic hit the world and borders closed which was the only reason for our delay. You kept me informed every step of the way though.
