Don't move without Execu-Move
Nevermind 5 stars. 10/10. Don't waste your time looking further than Execu Move. Reasonably priced and very professional, but still giving you that personal touch.
Having used them about 10 years ago - they still maintained their service excellence.
My last 2 moves with other companies respectively were disastrous in the sense that some of my furniture (some are antiques) were damaged, some drinking glasses were broken, some kitchenware ******, my washing machine door broken (no one told me about it), personal items ****** (Nikon Camera and gold watch) and extreme rudeness from foremen of these companies when they went back on their commitment to deliver to my new address as agreed upon. Moving inter-provincial didn't leave me much choice to ensure I could take some items with me. Quite honestly, with declining services in South Africa over the last 5 years, I was skeptical about this move.
I was pleasantly suprised at the end-to-end service delivery of Execu Move. It went off without a glitch from quoting my move to unpacking the last item in my new place.
I opted for the whole package where Execu Move does everything for me. They arrived earlier than agreed as they understood the dilemma I had of having 2 contractors on site at the same time. They ensured they were done so the other contractor could start on time. I was completely taken by surprise when one of the packers asked me if I knew of my tablet lying around and aware of my antique cupboard being wonky. Such honesty in this day and age is rare. The crew are knowledgeable and also think on their feet i.t.o. placing items and suggesting better spots. All fit perfectly and my move was a pleasant one.
Nothing was missing and nothing was broken. Beat that!

That is wonderful that the crew who dealt with my move will see this, as well as a CEO taking note. I could see that the crew get proper training and are well-versed with your processes and values.
It was great to see the team work so well together.
I, in haste left my handbag in its usual spot which got packed too. On realising that I needed it, the guys could tell me in no time which box it would be in. Each box was marked clearly from which room items came. What a relief to locate it so quickly and another testimony to your crew’s honesty. My bag and contents were as I left it!
I was also pleased that most of the same crew who picked up my furniture were the same who unpacked everything. Thanks to Lance.
For me it’s important that prospective clients get the full picture of services I received.
I really cannot fault Execu Move on anything going through my checklist (I am fussy) what I expected of a moving company. The list after my bad experiences. I was blown away.
Thanks to you, settling in was great and speedy. No struggling with boxes and paper. Your removed it the same day of unpacking leaving a clean space.

We have been blessed with some super reviews on Hellopeter over the years that can now be easily scrolled right back to the time when Hellopeter wisely decided to no longer zero all reviews annually as they used to - but to rather keep every review "year on year" to give customers a broader overview of that particular service providers consistency - be it good or be it bad. Of course things can and unfortunately do go wrong from time to time and like everyone, we have some unhappy one star reviews - which we have always addressed face on and tried to resolve as best we could.
